To make the filling, you’ll need:
- 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- Juice of 4 lemons
- Cut apples into cubes andmix in a bowl with remaining ingredients.
To make the crumble, you’ll need:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 sticks cold butter.
- Mix by hand all ingredients in a bowl until you obtain balls of dough. Put the apple mix into a refractorymold and completely cover the top with the crumblemixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40minutes or until golden brown
