Apple Crumble

To make the filling, you’ll need:

  • 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • Cut apples into cubes andmix in a bowl with remaining ingredients.

 

To make the crumble, you’ll need:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 sticks cold butter.

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix by hand all ingredients in a bowl until you obtain balls of dough. Put the apple mix into a refractorymold and completely cover the top with the crumblemixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40minutes or until golden brown
