MANY RESPECTED LUXURY FASHION BRANDS SAY THAT, MORE THAN A NAME, THEY ARE A LIFESTYLE. FENDI HAS TAKEN THAT STATEMENT LITERALLY.
Bringing unique excellence in design and lifestyle experience to South Florida, the first Fendi Château Residences is set to open the third quarter of 2016, and it has already been attracting an enthusiastic, diverse and global clientele.
“The Fendi Château Residences are flourishing in the Miami marketplace as it combines function, fashion and lifestyle on an ultimate scale for the very first time,” says Manuel Grosskopf, Chairman and CEO of Château Group.
The Residences, ranging in price from $6 to $25 million, mark Fendi’s first brand project in the U.S. real estate market, in collaboration with real estate developer Château Group and world-renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica.
Located on three acres of oceanfront property—one of the widest stretches in Miami—the firm selected the Miami-Dade town of Surfside as its ideal beachfront location.
By day or night, residents can enjoy shopping and dinning experiences at the nearby Bal Harbour luxury shops and will be just steps away from gourmet and Kosher markets, top restaurants and boutique shops that align the Surfside retail district, which is slated to see a complete transformation over the next few years with a sophistication comparable to Madison Avenue, New York. Near the property is the Bal Harbour Shul, Young Israel of Bal Harbour and Sephardic Jewish centers, along with multiple area synagogues.
Earmarked as the lowest density preconstruction condominium in South Florida, the 12-story building features 58 flow-through residences ranging from 3,325 to over 7,000 square feet with 10 to 11 foot-high ceilings, east to west exposures and spacious 3- to 5-bedroom living quarters and master suites.
Each residence features stylized interiors curated by FENDI Casa, including a complete chef’s kitchen with custom FENDI Casa cabinets and Gaggenau appliances; finished bathrooms featuring Italian marble with custom-designed fixtures and Ornare Manhattan vanities; staff quarters and laundry areas, which include full bathrooms. Residents also have the option to include additional FENDI Casa decorative elements throughout their apartment.
The amenity area offers residents an elevated luxury-living experience, combining classic design elements such as streaked wood, smoky glass, fine leathers and fur, crystals and silk. The common areas will include a library, business center, ballroom, kid’s club, private cinema, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the ocean, multiple beachfront pools with cabanas, bicycle storage, reflective ponds, spas and Jacuzzi; a relaxation terrace with aromatherapy and the chef’s kitchen lounge with gourmet kitchen. The property will also feature a special Shabbat elevator for observant residents that operates automatically according to a preset program.
Complementing the well-curated lifestyle and home design experience, residents will also count on a five-star concierge service powered by New York based lifestyle management firm Luxury Attaché, a nod to the “Where Luxury Meets Living” brand slogan of Fendi Château Residences.
With this new addition to the area, the luxury living offerings continue, which each new one raising the bar on the rest, confirming that South Florida is definitely the new global destination for high-end living, and now brand name.
